- Inspection: Inspect property and prepare brochure
- Fee: We will negotiate the most competitive fee possible
- BER Cert: We will organise BER certificates
- Advertising: We will agree advertising budget and insert adverts on daft.ie, myhome.ie, local papers, etc…. We will also arrange For Sale signs where required.
- Viewings: All viewings will be carried out by me. I have 25 years experience in the business. Viewings can be carried out at weekends and after hours.
- Sales Agreed: Agree sales price – take deposit and inform vendor, vendor-solicitor, purchaser, purchaser-solicitor of the agreed sale details.
- Conclusion: Ensure the sale is completed within the agreed time scale.
